In the field of mechanical design and processing, different types of parts have their own characteristics and processing requirements. Here are some common parts types and their processing characteristics:
shaft sleeve parts : This kind of parts include shaft, bushing, etc., the design requirements and processing process standards need to be unified. When dimensioning, the axis is often used as the radial dimension reference, and the reference of the length direction is often selected as the important end face, contact surface or machining surface. For example, the right shoulder, with a surface roughness of Ra6.3, was chosen as the main dimensional reference for the length direction 1.
disc cover parts : the basic shape of this kind of parts is a flat disc, such as end cover, valve cover, etc., their main structure is generally rotary body, usually with various shapes of flange, uniform circular holes and ribs and other local structure. In the view selection, the section view over the plane of symmetry or the axis of rotation is generally selected as the main view, and appropriate other views need to be added to express the shape and uniform structure of the parts 1.
fork frame parts : including shifting fork, connecting rod, support and other parts. Due to their variable processing position, the working position and shape characteristics are mainly considered when selecting the main view. Box parts need to carry out multi-station hole system and plane processing, and the tolerance requirements are high, especially the form and position tolerance requirements are more strict. complex curved surface parts : in the machinery manufacturing industry, especially in the aerospace industry occupies a special important position. Complex surface is difficult to complete by ordinary machining methods, usually need to use precision casting and other methods 2.
shaped parts : irregular shape parts, most need point, line, surface multi-station mixed processing. The rigidity of special-shaped parts is generally poor, the clamping deformation is difficult to control, and the processing accuracy is difficult to guarantee 2.
injection mold parts : including molding parts, guiding parts, launching parts, core withdrawal (parting) parts, etc. These parts play a key role in the injection mold, such as the concave die, core, guide post, push rod, etc., which together ensure the molding quality of the plastic parts and the normal operation of the mold 3.
precision hardware workpiece : including heat exchangers, instrument parts, information technology parts and so on. The advantage of precision hardware processing lies in its high precision and complex shape realization ability, widely used in various industries 4.
