This technology is mainly used in CNC machining centers, and it achieves precise machining of workpieces by controlling the simultaneous movement of multiple coordinate axes. The biggest feature of multi-axis machining is that it adds the machining of rotary axes on the basis of the original three-axis machining, so that more complex shapes can be machined and the machining quality and efficiency can be improved.
The technical features of multi-axis machining include:
Increased machining of rotary axes: On the basis of three-axis machining, by adding rotary axes (such as A, B, and C axes), the tool can contact the workpiece at different angles, thereby machining more complex shapes.
